Privacy Policy
What data Klienera collects and how it is handled, in plain English.
What we collect
Your account email address and full name when you sign up. Your password is stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider. Beyond that, the app stores whatever you and your team choose to enter: clients, projects, meetings, deliverables, payments, payroll records and similar business information.
What we do not do
No advertising, no tracking pixels, no analytics profiles, no selling or sharing of your data with advertisers. We cannot see your data unless you ask us for help with your account.
Where your data lives
All records are stored in a hosted database provided by Supabase. Data is encrypted in transit. Access is controlled per account, and records in a business are visible only to members of that business.
Who can see it
You, and the team members you invite to your business. Nobody else. Our staff can access the database only for maintenance and support, and only when needed.
How long we keep it
Records stay in your account until you delete them, or until you ask us to delete your account. When an account is deleted, its data is removed from the database.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Email selimsadaf2@gmail.com and we will take care of it, usually within a few days.
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will tell account holders by email before the change takes effect.
